I get 2, 4 and 5 and I’m completely natural. I have had people accuse me of taking steroids many times and it pissed me off. It gets me to the point where I want to take steroids just so that I can say “Now this is me on steroids fckers!”. Lol. But nah I get a lot of acne outbreaks naturally and I have had many stretch marks as well as abnormally fast muscle gains. (He took steroids in the past) But it is to my understanding that muscle is solid… or at least a lot more solid than fat. At the time I was taking creatine and l-arginine with citrilline malate (which is a precursor to arginine) and a lot of BCAA’s.

Diet and age are major factors in muscle gain and fat loss. I’m a 45yo male and have to work 5 times harder than 20 somethings to gain muscle and lose fat. when I was 20 something, I was ripped and didn’t have to work hard to get that way and keep it. Then life happened and couldn’t keep lifting and maintaining cadio and other workouts even as much as I did. Now I’m a balding 45yo with a size 38 gut and skinny arms and have been lifting cadio at least 4 to 5 days a week for 6 months. Older equals muscle loss and harder work to couteract it.

Mine grows in two directions so I shave part in downward strokes and part in upward strokes. Takes about 5 minutes total. In re: armpits, mine are hairy like a monkey and I shave them about once every 3 months with hair clippers. I have found when I shave them I don’t need deodorant. Does it make a difference? If you’re a bodybuilder, yes. If normal joe no, but mine are so unbelievable hairy I’ll always at least trim them.
